I know it’s been a long time since I posted about the Congo. The last post was in June of this year. Anyway, I donated $14 CAD ($10.32 USD) to Help Us Build a Brighter Future for Elie and His siblings. Here’s the story behind the campaign:
Elie, only 10 years old, is the sole guardian of his younger brother and sister, facing life’s harshest challenges alone. At Goma Upendo, we are dedicated to changing this. We aim to take Elie and his siblings into our care, providing them with the love, education and security they desperately need.
But our mission doesn’t stop with Elie. There are countless other children facing similar situations orphans and abandoned children left to fend for themselves. With your support, we can expand our reach and provide more children with the safe and nurturing environment they deserve.
